HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?
Our programs are much more inclusive than regular gym trainers. The workouts, nutrition plan, and accountability will all be conveniently located in an app on your phone. You will have full access to your workouts anytime with tutorial videos for movements you do not understand. This works for those with busier schedules since you can complete the workouts whenever you can spare a few minutes.
DO I NEED A GYM MEMBERSHIP?
No! An incredible aspect of our services is that a gym membership is not needed. We have had plenty of clients see incredible success just working out from the comfort of their own home. There is no set equipment you need to have for at-home workouts since our coaches will write workouts catered to the equipment you have available. A few things that would help would be 2-3 sets of dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and/or medicine balls.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
No, when you start any program with us, you will get every feature and benefit we offer. This includes custom workouts, custom nutrition plans (with a corresponding grocery list), 24/7 accountability, bi-weekly coach check-ins, 24/7 messaging for any questions, private Discord groups of like-minded individuals, and more!
