My name is Nathan To and I have a passion for fitness. I founded NT FIT after I have received so many AMAZING benefits from exercise. From there on, I knew, that with the experience and knowledge I gained, I can share a proven repeatable process and implement it towards others so that they can also receive the benefits. I went through trial and error to get to where I am today. I have about 4+ years of experience in the fitness area and now, I have the ability to help others avoid making the same mistakes and get them towards their fitness goals faster. I've helped many people achieve their dream bodies and provided a ton of value through social media via Tiktok / Instagram. My goals are to help others completely change their lives for the better and living a healthier sustainable lifestyle.
